IPF CITIZEN SATISFACTION SURVEY, 2022
IPF plans to commence the Citizen Satisfaction Survey, 2022 by April 15, 2022.
As a first, preparatory step, we are registering IPF Online Volunteers to help us reach out to citizens from diverse regions, social and economic backgrounds from every District of India. Up to 10 Volunteers can register from every District in India, who will help the IPF in collecting Survey responses from citizens from their locality / District about the quality of policing.

RELEASE OF REPORT: IPF SURVEY REPORT ON INDIAN POLICE 2021
Thank you India, for the overwhelming response to the IPF Citizen Satisfaction Survey 2021 to gauge public perceptions on the quality of policing in India. This survey was held from July 1 to September 15, 2021, to assess citizen’s perceptions whether the SMART police project has made any perceptible difference in the quality of police services, since its announcement 7 years ago. The survey generated an impressive 1,61,192 responses.
